Tactics Against Enemy Barracks

Is the enemy big and does it still have a powerful military economy? Did you beat down his troops and lose most of yours? ... or are his troops abroad... a long ways off? Do you know where his barracks is/are?

Yea? Cool! Now sneak in about 10 L2 archers (L3 if possible) and 5 squad leaders by boat (if needed) to the enemy barracks.

That group is powerful enough to keep him from building up. Newbies join his military, they are immediately executed by your well trained troops waiting at the door. If a tower is near by with archers in it, stay out of range if possible. You may need to restrict your special forces to just being archers, as you don't want your swordsmen wandering over to that tower and taking it out (unless, of course, the barracks will not be involved).

This works nicely against the DT too, but with the magic of land change spell.... if you can get that close to the DT, then that temple isn't going to be around long anyway.
